Unmoderated Usability Study

For this project, I worked with my team to conduct an unmoderated usability study for the Sanger Public Library’s website. We assessed the usability of the website and gained feedback from nine users. Our goal is to improve the user’s overall experience and create recommendations that will benefit the library.

Report

The purpose of our research is to gather data from nine participants while they navigated through the website. Our team conducted an unmoderated usability study based on five scenarios and tasks. Each task is based on the general user interaction with the website. We created a report that outlines our executive summary, introduction, methodology, findings, recommendations, and conclusion.
